Blossom Peaches (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a UK-based natural skincare brand specialising in Raw Unrefined Shea Butter, Whipped Shea Butter and Scented Shea Butter.

We sell and deliver only within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland).
2. PRODUCTS
We sell:
– Raw Unrefined Shea Butter
– Whipped Shea Butter (Unscented)
– Whipped Scented Shea Butter (with fragrance oils / essential oils)
All products are ~cosmetic products for external use only, ~compliant with UK Cosmetic Regulations (Schedule 34, Product Safety and Metrology). Each product has a Responsible Person and Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR). (I *don’t have product safety methodology and the below do not too comfortable claiming that. *
Natural Variation: As our shea butter is 100% natural and unrefined, colour (ivory to yellow), scent (nutty) and texture may vary slightly batch to batch. Whipped butter may deflate slightly during transit. This is normal and not a fault.
Not Medicinal: Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, eczema, or medical condition. If you have a skin condition, consult your GP or pharmacist.
3. PRICING & PAYMENT
– All prices are in GBP (£) and include UK VAT at 20% where applicable.
– We may change prices at any time, but existing confirmed orders are not affected.
– If a pricing error occurs (e.g., £0.00), we will contact you to re-confirm the correct price or cancel with full refund.
– Payment via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay via Shopify Payments / Stripe. We never store your card details.
4. ORDERS & CONTRACT
– Adding to basket is not an order.
– Order Confirmation email = we received your order, not acceptance.
– Contract is formed when we send Dispatch Confirmation email.
– We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock error, payment failure, suspected fraud, or delivery address outside UK.
5. DELIVERY – UK ONLY
We do not ship outside UK.
Processing: 1-2 working days (handmade in small batches)
Standard: 2-3 working days – £4.99
Express: 1-2 working days – £6.99
Free Delivery over £50
Couriers: Royal Mail / Evri / DPD. Tracking provided.
If parcel is lost, contact us after 5 working days (standard) or 3 working days (express).
Risk transfers to you upon delivery to address provided. We are not liable for delays caused by courier or extreme weather. Shea butter may melt in transit in warm weather — see Refund Policy.
6. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL – 14 DAYS
Under Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from day after delivery to cancel without reason.
To cancel: Email support@blossompeaches.com with order number within 14 days.
Hygiene Exception: You LOSE your right to cancel once you break the hygiene seal or open the jar. This applies to ALL our products – Raw, Whipped, Scented – as they are sealed cosmetics for hygiene reasons. Only unopened, sealed, unused products can be cancelled.
7. REFUNDS & RETURNS

Summary:
– Unopened / sealed: Returnable within 14 days, you pay return postage
– Opened / used / scooped: Non-returnable unless faulty (hygiene reasons)
– Faulty / damaged / wrong item: Contact within 48 hours with photos — replacement or full refund including delivery
Allergy: Contains Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter — nut-derived. Scented versions contain fragrance allergens (e.g., Limonene, Linalool — full INCI on product page). Not suitable for nut allergy sufferers. Always patch test 24 hours before use.
8. STORAGE & CARE
Store in cool, dry place below 25°C, away from direct sunlight. Natural shea may melt and re-solidify grainy. This does not affect quality. Keep water out of jar. Use with clean dry hands. Use within 12 months of opening (see PAO symbol 12M on jar).
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on http://blossompeaches.com — logo, images, text, formulations, product names is owned by Blossom Peaches. Do not copy, reproduce, or resell without written permission.
10. REVIEWS & USER CONTENT
By submitting a review or photo, you grant us permission to use it for marketing. Reviews must be truthful, not misleading or abusive.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing limits liability for death/personal injury caused by negligence or fraud. Otherwise, our total liability is limited to price you paid for products.
We are not liable for:
– Allergic reaction where allergen info was provided
– Misuse or failure to patch test
– Indirect loss, loss of profit
– Colour/texture variation due to natural product
For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid eyes.
12. PRIVACY & DATA
We comply with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. See our Privacy Policy. We only use your data to process orders and marketing if you opt-in.
13. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes cannot be used with other offers unless stated. We reserve right to cancel codes if fraud suspected.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by laws of England and Wales. Any disputes subject to courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings there.

We may update these Terms. Version at time of order applies.
